How to Cook Chinese Rice at Home

Ingredients

To prepare fried rice:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 2 cm fresh ginger root
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 stalks of green onion.
  • 2 tbsp. I have vegetable oil.
  • Soy sauce to serve
  • To prepare puffed rice:
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 3 cups of drinking water
  • First I have vegetable oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

 

Level 1:

To cook the ground rice, heat the oil in a large saucepan (at least 2.5 liters), add the rice and salt and mix well. Add 3 cups of boiling water, close the lid, and boil over high heat.

 

Level 2:

Cook on high heat for 3 minutes, then reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, wrap the pan in a blanket and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

 

Level 3:

Fried rice should be cooked completely cold, better than yesterday’s rice. Peel the sweet pepper and cut it into as small cubes as possible.

 

Level 4:

Peel and chop the ginger and garlic and cut the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.

 

Level 5:

Heat oil in a large frying pan, add ginger, garlic, black pepper, and spring onion, and fry on high heat for 1 minute. Add rice and mix well.

 

Level 6:

Break the eggs into the rice and begin mixing the contents of the pan vigorously with a chopstick. After 1-2 minutes. It is essential to lay eggs. Serve rice immediately with soy sauce.
