Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said that Russia considers US and NATO military vehicles supplying arms to Ukraine its legitimate target.

In an interview with the Tass news agency, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, referring to Western operations in Ukraine and US military aid to Ukraine, said that a meeting with the US administration was meaningless.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov also warned that if Ukraine continues to attack Russia, the Russian military will target key government decision-making bodies, including Kyiv.

Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a statement issued in the capital Moscow that Ukrainian military units had carried out raids and sabotage operations on the territory of the Russian Federation. The Russian military has so far stayed away from Kyiv, but if such incidents continue, key centers, including Kyiv, will be targeted.

On the other hand, the head of the Ukrainian presidency Andrei Yermak has said about the dangers of a possible attack in the capital Kyiv that he is ready for any situation and that any Russian plan will not work.

Andrei Yarmak, the head of the presidency, said Russia had proved that it could only fight with the Nahti civilian population. In the future, Russia will have to answer for all its crimes in the international court.
